Great sandwiches and even better people.

I think this is some of the yummiest sandwiches in socal. Best part is its totally affordable for what you are getting. The 16 inch is a monster and the bread is so delish! When I get the cravings for a real sandwich in escondido I dont go to subway, i get a real sandwich.

I walked in and the aroma was so good. I ordered a meatball w/sauce and mozzarella. I got home took a bite and fell in love. Definitely going back. Great menu to choose from. Authentic subs!!

This place was recommended to me on four different occasions so I had to try it. I had the roast beef sandwich, it was Soo good. The bread was so tender, the veggies were fresh. The prices and service were good. It's good food not fast fast food. It's a small shop we took our food to go, there are a few seats if you want to eat in.Great find!!

Amazing sandwiches. The bread is outstanding. Only reason for the 4 star is it's strictly take out. Small order counter and you have to wait outside to make it in if it's busy. I recommend calling your order in.

Love this place, it reminds me of east coast grinder sandwiches I used to get in Massachusetts! Bring an appetite, these bombs will put you to sleep! Delicious food, good prices, limited seating.

Solid sandos, cheap, and large portions. Definitely worth dropping by for a sando fix.

You have to try the classic #22 with all the trimmings!! Everything here is made with passion love and care! The place itself is immaculate, well organized and very clean. Always busy so call your order in!!! They cater as well!! If you're in the mood to change up the usual chain sub shops!! Come here and support local business and family owned establishments!

Love this place, no other like it.

This establishment in Old Escondido has been there a long time. Their subs are heated and taste delicious! Get the original! Potato salad is very good if you need a side. The dining area is very small so most get their subs are to go and although it's dated, it adds to the charm besides, its really clean which is more important.

Been coming here for 35+ years. Still the best sandwich around. I go out of my way just to get this deliciousness.

Best sandwich in the city. Order over phone and pick up. This place has NO where to eat. Workers are not friendly and seldom smile. But don't worry your sandwich will be great. Drinks are in cans and bottles . Chips in small bags. This place a hole.

This is the best sandwich shop that I have ever been to. I lived in Escondido for a few years back around 2008 and this is still the best sub money can buy. I would literally buy a plane ticket just to fly here and eat their sandwiches. Not only can no chain compare to them but people try to imitate their sandwiches and fail all the time. (Looking at you Jersey Mikes).I don't leave many reviews but I do consider myself on a lifelong goal of finding and consuming the perfect sandwich. I don't know if they are perfect but they rank in my top 5 of best sandwich places in the United States. Keep doing what you do best Agrusas, making awesome sandwiches. (Also consider opening a branch in Austin, Texas)
